智通财经APP获悉，恒大物业(06666)早盘涨超9%，截至发稿，涨5.48%，报0.77港元，成交额3732.51万港元。
消息面上，恒大物业近日公告，此前就约134亿元的存款质押被相关银行强制执行，以及就追偿事宜向广东省广州市中级人民法院提起诉讼。目前，广州市中级人民法院已作出相关判决，其中相关责任方应向恒大物业旗下各附属公司偿还合计约134亿元的款项，以及需要负担合计约7271.54万元的案件受理费。
此外，近日有媒体报道，中国恒大全资附属CEG Holdings遭香港法院下令清盘。若该消息属实，则意味着CEG Holdings将退出恒大物业实控人的位置，恒大物业有机会彻底摆脱母公司的控制。据悉，2023年11月，恒大物业官方微信公众号更名为“金碧物业服务”。这一行为曾被解读为恒大物业摆脱恒大集团、走向独立经营的信号。
