中原地产亚太区副主席兼住宅部总裁陈永杰表示，“海盈山”现已届现楼，拥铁路优势，新一张价单较对上价单有约20%折让，吸引一众用家及投资客入市，料投资者占50%。
陈永杰亦指，虽然临近岁晚，但楼市走势造好，周末有新界刚需盘推售，料销情亦会畅旺，相信全月一手市场可达800至1000宗成交。特朗普将于下周一上任，届时，市场不确定性将陆续释除，料成交量会再回升。(js/w)
