消息面上，近日FDA连续发布公告加强管理执法落地，FDA烟草产品中心负责人强调了通过All Government的方式，对非法电子烟持续打击，因此后续可能还会出现非法电子烟被查处的案例；英国受政策影响预计一次性承压，但有望向盈利能力更强的换弹式、开放式切换。国海证券指出，不合规产品的出清或将短期影响欧美整体雾化电子烟的增速，但合规的产品及企业将从中受益。
中信建投表示，思摩尔国际的大客户英美烟草近期已在塞尔维亚推出HNB突破性新品glohilo；公司多年以来大力投入加热不燃烧等领域技术研发，携手大客户深度合作，有望受益于大客户新产品放量。瑞银则表示，预期英美烟草将于今年下半年正式推出这项新产品，而实际成果可能要到明年以后才能观察到。该行认为思摩尔股价被高估。
