智通财经APP讯，宏基集团控股(01718)发布公告，董事会建议按照(其中包括)于记录日期每持有1股股份获发1股供股股份的基准，以认购价每股供股股份0.2港元进行供股，以透过供股向合资格股东发行最多1.152亿股供股股份，筹集所得款项总额约2300万港元(扣除开支前)(假设于记录日期或之前并无进一步发行或购回股份)。供股仅供合资格股东认购，且将不会向除外股东提呈。
经扣除所有必要开支后，供股(倘获悉数认购)估计所得款项净额估计约为2140万港元(假设于记录日期或之前并无进一步发行或购回股份)。
