Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust Reports Lower DPU in Fiscal Q3

Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust (SGX:N2IU) distribution per unit or DPU was down 9.1% year over year to SG$0.02 for the fiscal quarter ended Dec. 31, 2024, compared with SG$0.022 a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

The amount available for distribution to unitholders came in at SG$104.7 million, down 9.2% from SG$115.3 million a year earlier.

Net property income came in at SG$166.9 million, down nearly 9% year over year from SG$182.4 million in the comparable period.

Gross revenue was down 7.4% year over year to SG$223.7 million from SG$241.6 million in the year-ago period, mainly due to the divestment of Mapletree Anson's in July, 2024.

Committed portfolio occupany as at Dec. 31, 2024 stood at 90%.
