【环球网金融综合报道】据中国银行官方公众号消息，中国银行在京发布《支持人工智能产业链发展行动方案》（以下简称《行动方案》），将在未来五年为人工智能全产业链各类主体提供不少于一万亿元专项综合金融支持。同时，活动现场启动了“中银科创+”人工智能生态伙伴计划。
中国银行董事长葛海蛟表示，当前，以大模型、生成式AI为代表的新一代人工智能技术蓬勃发展，加速融入大众生活，深刻塑造全球政治经济秩序，成为培育壮大新质生产力的核心引擎和保障国家安全的战略支撑。以数据为源泉、算法为核心、算力为基础，人工智能技术、产业、金融三者相辅相成、融合发展的局面正加速形成。发布《行动方案》并启动“中银科创+”人工智能生态伙伴计划，是中国银行积极落实中央经济工作会议关于开展“人工智能+”行动、培育未来产业的工作部署，切实推动“科技-产业-金融”高水平循环的又一次有力实践。
此外，截至2024年末，中国银行支持科技型企业超过10万家，科技金融贷款1.91万亿元。葛海蛟指出，未来，中国银行将拿出更有力举措，精准对接人工智能产业链上游要素供给、中游技术创新、下游场景应用等各环节金融需求。（南木）
