金吾财讯 | 恒隆地产(00101)公布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，股东应占溢利21.53亿元(港币，下同)，同比减少45.77%，每股基本盈利0.46元。拟派末期股息每股40仙，连同和中期股息，2024年度全年股息为52仙。期内，集团收入112.42亿元，同比增长8.98%。期内，整体租赁收入减少6%至港币95.15亿元。其中，内地整体租赁收入和营业溢利按人民币计值分别减少4%和6%。按港币计值，年内受人民币贬值影响，跌幅分别扩大至5%和8%。我们旗下的商场收入下跌，主要受到市场消费意欲下降和境外旅游人数上升影响。我们的高级办公楼组合收入下降6%，乃市场竞争激烈及办公空间需求减少所致。香港收入下跌9%至港币30.49亿元，营业溢利则下跌12%至港币23.78亿元，租赁边际利润率为78%。
