金吾财讯 | 华泰证券发研报指，中国神华(01088)早前公布，将以8.5亿元人民币收购国家能源集团持有的杭锦能源100%股权，占公司截至第三季帐上现金1,651亿元的0.5%。公司同时公布2025年至2027年股东回报规划，计划每年以现金方式分配的利润不少于当年纯利的65%，较2022年至2024年承诺最低比例60%提升5个百分点，并将考虑中期分红。华泰证券的研究报告指，本次收购或将进一步增强公司作为一体化龙头的规模实力，提升最低分红比例的承诺则再次表明公司重视股东回报的决心。该行维持神华2024年至2026年纯利预测分别为600亿、604亿及608亿元人民币，目标价由43.1港元降至37.6港元。维持评级“买入”。
