《彭博》引述消息人士报道，新世界(00017.HK) 出售旗下尖沙咀K11 Art Mall虽然获润地(01109.HK) 旗下华润隆地洽购，但双方在价格上出现分歧，目前谈判正陷入僵局。
据悉，新世界希望以90亿元出售K11 ART MALL，惟华润隆地只愿意出价约60亿元。
新世界昨日(23日)公布业务更新，强调正持续正常开展业务，并表示将继续专注于发展地产主业，包括在本港推售住宅项目，以及在内地销售多元化项目。公司股价今日(24日)高开1.72%，最高见4.26元。现报4.17元，升2.71%，成交3,778.41万元。(mn/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-01-23 16:25。)
