Bryah Resources (ASX:BYH) completed a trial of a ground penetrating radar survey targeting areas of manganese at the Bryah Basin manganese project in Western Australia as it evaluates efficient methods to locate manganese channel mineralization at depth, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The company said OM (Manganese), a wholly-owned unit of OM Holdings (ASX:OMH), completed a AU$1.8 million earn-in as part of the joint venture farm-in agreement and now owns 60% of the project. Bryah confirmed that it would not contribute to the venture and that the earn-in would continue from 60% to 70% as per the agreement.
The manganese is the subject of a AU$7 million joint venture with OM Holdings.
OM Holdings' shares fell over 1% in recent trading on Friday.
