融创重庆湾项目将获长城资产注资24.76亿元
1月23日，融创中国发布公告，公司与中国长城资产就重庆湾项目达成融资合作，长城方拟出资不超过24.76亿元对项目现有债务进行重组并提供新增融资。
此次合作是在重庆市南岸区的大力支持下，融创中国与中国长城资产、中信信托、中信金融资产及阳光壹佰等合作伙伴，共同为盘活项目探索出的新路径。这次合作通过对项目现有债务进行重组解决了项目相关债务问题，且提供了项目后续开发建设所需资金，将成为行业又一个房企AMC合作盘活优质资产的标杆案例。
重庆湾项目坐落在重庆两江交汇核心区位，项目待开发地块总建面约100万平方米，是一个集住宅、商业、办公等多业态于一体的大型综合项目。
截至目前，融创中国已经和中信金融资产、东方资产、中国长城资产等头部AMC机构成功达成融资合作，合作落地规模超300亿，有效实现了优质资产盘活。其中，上海外滩壹号院二期去年已三开三罄，总销售额达215亿元，也被视为金融支持地产平稳健康发展的成功典范。
