智通财经APP讯，亚太资源(01104)公布，相比2024财政年度上半年股东应占溢利约5.93亿港元，预期该集团于截至2024年12月31日止6个月将取得股东应占亏损不少于3亿港元。
公告称，预期亏损乃主要由于： 相比于2024财政年度上半年取得约3.02亿港元的分部溢利，于2025财政年度上半年产生分部亏损。主要由于2025财政年度上半年金融资产公平值变动产生亏损约1.9亿港元，相比2024财政年度上半年则取得收益约2.21亿港元;下列因素的净影响带来的预期亏损超过2.2亿港元：集团于其主要联营公司Mount Gibson Iron Limited(MGX)的权益的减值亏损，及集团分占其中期业绩。就2024财政年度上半年而言，该集团分占MGX的溢利2.95亿港元，并就其确认减值亏损拨回900万港元。尽管如此，2025财政年度上半年的减值亏损为不会严重影响集团现金状况及流动资金的非现金项目;及部分被分占其他联营公司溢利增加、其他收益及回拨所抵销。
