多年来，尽管利用了 Binance 的品牌名，机构实际上一直独立运营。如今，随着 CZ 从 Binance 卸任，YZi Labs 也自然而然迈向新阶段。在此次更名后，CZ 将继续在投资活动中发挥关键作用，与创业者直接接触，提供指导与辅导。
为了进一步加强 YZi Labs 的领导团队，Ella Zhang 重返 YZi Labs 并担任负责人。Ella 与 CZ 在 2018 年共同创立了 Binance Labs，并担任首任负责人。
