智通财经APP讯，昭衍新药(06127)公布，有关委任：(i)罗樨女士及顾静良先生各自为执行董事;(ii)杨福全先生、阳昌云先生及应放天先生各自为独立非执行董事的决议案，自临时股东大会结束起生效。此外，自临时股东大会结束之日起，(i)孙云霞女士将获委任为公司薪酬与考核委员会及战略委员会成员;(ii)罗樨女士将获委任为战略委员会成员;(iii)杨福全先生将获委任为公司提名委员会主席及公司审计委员会成员;(iv)阳昌云先生将获委任为审计委员会主席及薪酬与考核委员会成员;及(v)应放天先生将获委任为薪酬与考核委员会主席以及战略委员会及提名委员会成员。
