Qualcomm Chief Executive Cristiano Amon made about $2.4 million more in 2024 than he did the previous year.

The head of the semiconductor company made a total compensation of $25.9 million in 2024, up from $23.5 million in 2023, according to a Thursday filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. About $20 million of his compensation came from stock awards and his base salary was almost flat at $1.35 million.

Amon's total compensation was about twice as much as any other Qualcomm executive in the filing. Chief Technology Officer James Thompson made just under $13 million and Akash Palkhiwala, who serves as chief financial officer and chief operating officer, made $12.8 million. They both make about $900,000 salaries and receive about $10 million in stock awards in 2024.
