智通财经APP讯，中国人寿(02628)发布公告，根据中国人寿保险股份有限公司(本公司)公司章程规定，在遵守中国有关法律、法规、规章及公司股票上市地证券监管机构有关规定的前提下，对于无人认领的股息，本公司可在适用的有关时效期限届满后行使没收权力。据此，本公司董事会宣布，于2019年3月27日宣派而于2025年3月27日仍未领取的2018年度末期股息每股人民币0.16元(相等于港币0.18207元)将予以没收及收归本公司。
