Grand Venture Technology (SGX:JLB) secured a Through-Silicon VIA (TSV) project by a water fabrication equipment and services company for the production of components and modules, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
The TSV technology aims to improve levels of performance and efficiency in semiconductor manufacturing.
