运输及物流局局长陈美宝表示，启德智慧绿色集体运输系统争取今年第三季公开招标，希望引入港铁以外的市场力量，参考国内及海外做法，为工程订立通用标准。
陈美宝表示，未来10个铁路项目中，有6个属重铁由港铁(00066.HK) 负责，其余4个为中型智慧绿色集体运输系统项目。
