智通财经APP获悉，狮腾控股(02562)涨近10%，截至发稿，涨9.88%，报27.25港元，成交额1063.56万港元。
消息面上，狮腾控股发布公告，2025年1月23日，公司与潜在卖方订立一份无法律约束力投资意向书，据此，公司拟按投资意向书所载就目标公司高达100%股权进行潜在收购事项。潜在收购事项的代价将有待订约方进一步协商后厘定。
潜在目标公司为一间在中国成立的有限公司，为成立于2011年的中国大数据及数字化转型平台公司。该公司在五个主要行业领域有超过1,000名企业及品牌客户，包括使用潜在目标集团的专利平台解决方案管理其业务过程(包括数据管理及分析、电子商贸、ERP及CRM，全部均透过一个全面整合的SAAS模型提供)的一些中国最大型的国有企业及零售品牌。
