Odaily星球日报讯 半导体行业资深人士 Lip-Bu Tan 去年从英特尔董事会辞职，现已加入美国比特币挖矿芯片设计公司 Auradin 担任董事。 Tan 是风投机构 Walden International 的创始人兼董事长，也是 Celesta Capital 和 Walden Catalyst 的创始管理合伙人。他担任多家公司的董事会职务，包括 SambaNova Systems、施耐德电气和 Credo Technology。他还是 Cadence Design Systems 的前首席执行官。 去年 4 月消息，比特币矿机制造商 Auradine 宣布完成 8000 万美元 B 轮融资，StepStone Group、Top Tier Capital Partners、MVP Ventures、Maverick Capital、Celesta Capital、Mayfield Fund 和 Marathon Digital 等参投，据悉本轮融资以股权和债务的混合形式进行，估值超过 5 亿美元。
