智通财经APP获悉，OSL集团(00863)盈喜后涨超3%，截至发稿，涨2.49%，报7.82港元，成交额670.38万港元。
消息面上，OSL集团发布公告，集团预期本年度(截至2024年12月31日止年度)将取得收入介乎约3.37亿港元至3.75亿港元，较2023年同期约2.1亿港元收入，增长约60%至79%。同时，集团预期本年度来自持续经营业务的所得溢利介乎约4700万港元至5200万港元，而2023年同期来自持续经营业务的所得亏损约2.5亿港元，较去年同期转亏为盈。
集团预期本年度收入增长以及转亏为盈可归因于多种因素，其中包括：(i)本年度数字资产市场价格攀升，数字资产交易所交易基金(ETF)的推出加速机构投资者参与数字资产市场，带动数字资产交易及机构业务需求增长；(ii)集团持续扩展管理团队，深化核心战略，加速业务计划的执行；(iii)集团采取有效的措施，提升及优化运营效率；及(iv)本年度集团所持有用于促进交易业务的数字资产有所升值。
