China Kingstone Mining Seeks HK$20 Million in Rights Offering

China Kingstone Mining (HKG:1380) is seeking to raise up to HK$20.4 million through a rights offering.

The company intends to issue up to 101.9 million rights shares at HK$0.20 each, offered to qualified shareholders on the basis of two rights shares for every five existing shares held.

Deal proceeds will be used for working capital and investment in potential business opportunities, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.

Shares fell 1% during Thursday's morning trading.
