晨鸣纸业(01812.HK) 公布，至今，因债务逾期、合同履行纠纷等原因，连续十二个月内累计发生诉讼、仲裁案件共计164件，涉案金额共计26.38亿人民币，占最近一期净资产绝对值的15.8%。自去年11月19日至本月22日，累计新增被冻结银行账户165个，占公司银行账户总数的23.64%；被冻结银行账户冻结金额累计4,512万人民币。
