联华超市与百联集团签订房屋租赁业务合作框架协议
财中社1月23日电联华超市（00980）发布公告，宣布与百联集团签订房屋租赁业务合作框架协议。该协议的租赁期限自2025年1月1日起至2027年12月31日止，为期三年。根据协议，百联集团及其附属公司将向公司出租若干场地，以供公司开展超市、便利店、仓库和办公室等经营活动。公告中提到，百联集团为公司的主要股东，因此该协议构成公司的持续关联交易。
根据协议，未来三年内每年的最高交易金额均设定为900万元人民币。公告还指出，自2025年1月1日至公告日期间，房屋租赁业务合作框架协议项下产生的实际交易金额的适用百分比均低于0.1%。此外，历史交易金额显示，百联集团及其附属公司向公司提供的出租服务在2022年、2023年及2024年期间的交易金额分别为528万元、319万元和487万元人民币。董事会认为，此协议的条款公平合理，符合公司及股东的整体利益。
