财中社1月23日电 根据中国证监会在2025年1月17日发布的公告，广发证券（000776）因其保荐的北方长龙（301357）首发项目，发行人证券发行上市当年即亏损。根据《证券发行上市保荐业务管理办法》（证监会令第207号）第七十条的规定，中国证监会决定对广发证券采取出具警示函的行政监督管理措施。

公告中提到，如果广发证券对这一监督管理措施不服，可以在收到决定书之日起60日内提出行政复议申请，或者在6个月内向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。在此期间，该监督管理措施将继续执行。
