中国飞鹤附属公司认购浦发银行金融产品1亿元 年收益率2.85%
财中社1月23日电 中国飞鹤（06186）发布公告，董事会宣布于2025年1月22日，公司全资附属公司黑龙江飞鹤以闲置资金认购浦发银行的金融产品，金额为1亿元，年收益率为2.85%。该金融产品的到期日为2025年，属于非保本浮动收益型产品，主要投资范围为固定收益类资产。
截至公告日期，公司向浦发银行认购的理财及结构性存款金融产品的未到期本金金额合计为19.2亿元。董事会确认，此次认购的代价是经过公平磋商后与浦发银行商定的，考虑了公司可供使用的闲置资金和预期的投资回报。公司表示，该投资风险较低，能够获得的回报高于中国商业银行一般提供的活期储蓄或定期存款。
此外，由于此次认购与浦发银行之间进行的交易合并计算，其最高适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，因此根据上市规则，该交易构成须予披露交易，但无需股东批准。
