智通财经APP讯，喆丽控股(02209)发布公告，本集团预期于截至2024年12月31日止年度(报告年度)取得未经审核综合纯利不少于1900万美元，较上一年度纯利约760万美元增加约1140万美元或150.0%，创历史新高，主要是由于收益及毛利增加。
根据目前所掌握的资料，报告年度的未经审核综合收益预计约为3.46亿美元(上一年度：2.01亿美元)，较上一年度增加约1.44亿美元或71.7%，创历史新高，主要是受YesStyle平台及AsianBeautyWholesale的美容产品销售增长所推动。该增长主要是由于YesStyle平台加强营销工作，以推动美容产品的销售;及AsianBeautyWholesale的扩张，服务更多希望在全球采购亚洲美容产品的企业对企业(B2B)客户。
尽管如此，本集团于报告年度的毛利率预期将下降约0.6个百分点至约30.5%(上一年度：31.1%)，主要是由于AsianBeautyWholesale的收益比重增加(因其企业对企业(B2B)性质而加成幅度较低)。
于报告年度的未经审核综合毛利预期约为1.05亿美元，较上一年度约6270万美元增加约4270万美元或68.1%。
