成都高速拟与崇州市签订征地协议
财中社1月23日电成都高速（01785）发布公告，宣布与崇州市人民政府拟签订崇州段征地拆迁协议，作为成温邛高速扩容项目的一部分。该协议的主要内容包括成温邛高速公司负责项目的用地申请、补偿费用及其他相关工作，而崇州市人民政府则负责协助完成用地的申报及征地拆迁工作。
根据公告，崇州段征地拆迁的总补偿金额预计为人民币约8.11亿元，其中包括约7.42亿元用于1236.7亩土地的拆迁费用，及约6866万元的辅道改移补贴费和线外工程费。协议自签订之日起生效，具体的支付安排包括在协议签订后30个工作日内，成温邛高速公司需支付暂估费用总额的30%作为前期准备资金。
此外，公告提到，成温邛高速扩容项目的总投资约为126.52亿元，预计将通过公司的自有资金及银行贷款解决。项目的实施将有助于缓解成温邛高速的交通拥堵，提高运营效率，并为公司的持续发展注入动力。
