单计第四季，集团未经审计合同销售额约为90.36亿元，合同销售面积约28.93万平方米，期内旗下多个项目实现热销，龙华区深业上城学府开盘即售罄，签约25.5亿元，龙华区颐樾府签约15.3亿元，龙岗区泰瑞府签约8.1亿元。
