【中信银行：收到上交所恢复审核通知】金十数据1月23日讯，中信银行公告，公司于2024年11月1日因更换会计师事务所被上交所中止审核。为保障发行正常进行，公司重新聘请毕马威华振会计师事务所为专项审计机构，并已完成恢复审核工作。2025年1月22日，中止审核情形消除，上交所同意恢复公司再融资业务审核。公司本次向原A股股东配售股份事项尚需通过上交所审核，并获中国证监会同意注册的决定后方可实施。
