智通财经APP讯，招商局中国基金(00133)发布公告，本公司于2019年12月30日刊发并关于本公司的全资附属公司—深圳市天正投资有限公司(天正)以6000万元人民币的价格受让3%现名为讯飞医疗科技股份有限公司(讯飞医疗)(02506)的普通股股权的公告(第一次投资)。另外，本公司于2021年12月3日刊发关于天正以5000万元人民币的价格进一步受让0.7143%讯飞医疗的普通股股权的公告(进一步投资)。经第一次投资及进一步投资，天正对讯飞医疗累计投资了1.10亿元人民币，而于讯飞医疗上市前持有其3.426%的权益。
本公司的全资附属公司—星群有限公司(星群)签订了日期为2024年12月16日并关于讯飞医疗全球发售的基石投资协议，星群以发售价认购2800万港元讯飞医疗的H股股份。根据讯飞医疗2024年12月27日的分配结果公告，星群获得分配33.82万股H股股份，占讯飞医疗全球发售后已发行股本总额的0.28%。连同第一次投资及进一步投资，本集团对讯飞医疗的投资累计约合1.36亿元人民币，并于本公告之日持有讯飞医疗3.506%的权益，即合共423.82万股H股股份(其中390万股的禁售期为12个月，33.82万股的禁售期为6个月)。
