Starhill Global REIT's (SGX:P40U) distribution per unit or DPU for the half year ended Dec. 31, 2024, was up 1.1% year over year to SG$0.0180 from SG$0.0178 a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
Income available for distribution increased 3.3% to SG$43.3 million from SG$41.9 million a year earlier.
Net property income came in at SG$75.6 million, up 1.6% from SG$74.5 million in the comparable period.
Gross revenue rose 1.7% year over year to SG$96.3 million from SG$94.6 million.
Committed portfolio occupancy remained stable at 97.7%.
