智通财经APP获悉，晨鸣纸业(01812)跌超6%，截至发稿，跌5.98%，报1.1港元，成交额269.72万港元。
消息面上，晨鸣纸业昨晚发盈警，预计2024年度归属于上市公司股东的净亏损65亿元至75亿元，上年同期为亏损12.81亿元。报告期内，公司主要产品价格持续走低，毛利下降；部分融资租赁客户经营不善，出现诉讼、查封等突发情形，公司对部分融资租赁客户加大了坏账准备计提比例；受四季度主要生产基地陆续停机检修影响，产销量出现下滑，公司对部分资产计提了减值准备。
另外，晨鸣纸业公告称，至今，因债务逾期、合同履行纠纷等原因，连续十二个月内累计发生诉讼、仲裁案件共计164件，涉案金额共计26.38亿人民币，占最近一期净资产绝对值的15.8%。自去年11月19日至本月22日，累计新增被冻结银行账户165个，占公司银行账户总数的23.64%；被冻结银行账户冻结金额累计4512万人民币。目前，黄冈基地正常生产，寿光基地一条文化纸生产线和一条机械浆生产线已经恢复生产，已恢复产能占比23.23%；其他生产基地正在按计划停机检修，努力推动春节后陆续复工复产。
