BUZZ-Australia's Aquirian soars on $12.6 mln supply agreement for Western Australia project

** Shares of Aquirian AQN.AX rise about 47% to A$0.265 in what could be their strongest trading session ever

** Mining services provider rose as much as 55.6% earlier in the day, hitting the highest level since April 11, 2023

** Company says its unit Western Energetics signs a three-year A$20 mln ($12.57 mln) agreement with Aurenne Mt Ida Gold for Western Australia project

** AQN says agreement is for the supply of energetic products, initiating systems and drill technology

** A total of 223,529 shares change hands compared to 30-day average trading volume of 21,819 shares

** Stock largely unchanged this year, as of last close
