Vector (NZE:VCT) reported total electricity network connections of 628,990 for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2024, up 1.5% year on year, according to a Friday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
New connections during the period fell nearly 24% amid a broader economic slowdown.
Gas network connections went up 0.4% to 120,761 customers, the filing said. New connections tumbled past 42% to 694.
