Strandline Resources (ASX:STA) said it is negotiating with relevant parties in relation to documentation for a further extension in respect of its existing standstill and deferral arrangement, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The company is working with its financiers, offtake partners, advisers, and other key stakeholders towards an agreement on a holistic recapitalization of the firm in the first quarter of 2025, the filing said.
Its financiers include the Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility, National Australia Bank (ASX:NAB), and Nordic Bondholders.
Last year, the company announced an in-principle agreement to a further extension of the standstill and deferral arrangement with the financiers to Feb. 28.
National Australia Bank's shares were up almost 1% in recent Friday trade.
