金吾财讯 | 中信证券表示，为缓解分布式光伏日益严重的接网消纳矛盾，促进行业健康可持续发展，近日国家能源局修订印发《分布式光伏发电开发建设管理办法》，就分布式光伏统筹规划、备案管理、建设管理、电网接入、运行管理等内容作出规定。该行指，分布式光伏增速或将放缓，新能源供给适度收缩对于行业整体供需形势及消纳条件改善有利；新能源装机扩张趋势仍在延续，电力系统调节需求日益增加，水电等具备调节能力的优质电源将持续受益；分布式光伏需提升数字化及可控水平，功率预测、微电网、虚拟电厂等新场景及新需求有望释放。
