【郭明𫓹：AMD或成为首个采用台积电先进封装技术COUPE客户】金十数据1月23日讯，天风国际证券分析师郭明𫓹发布报告指出，最新的供应链调查显示，台积电的先进封装技术COUPE（紧凑型通用光子引擎）开发与供应链能见度显著提升，且奇景光电（Himax）确定为第一与第二代COUPE微透镜阵列的独家供应商。COUPE第一代已开发完成并开始量产验证，预计第二代量产验证将自1H26开始。在台积电主要客户中，第一个采用COUPE的可能是AMD。
