韩国存储芯片巨头SK海力士公司周四表示，由于对包括高带宽存储器（HBM）在内的人工智能（AI）芯片的需求不断增加，其第四季度营业利润创下历史新高，大大超出了市场预期。

　　该公司表示，2024年的营收和营业利润也打破了此前的纪录。

　　这家全球第二大存储芯片制造商在一份监管文件中表示，其第四季度净利润达到8万亿韩元（约合56亿美元），而上年同期为亏损1.37万亿韩元。

　　营业利润从上年同期的3460亿韩元飙升至8.08万亿韩元，增幅超过20倍。营收为19.76万亿韩元，同比增长74.8%。

　　SK海力士将这一业绩归功于对AI内存的强劲需求，巩固了其在HBM技术领域的世界领先地位。

　　2024年全年，该公司的净利润达到创纪录的19.79万亿韩元，而2023年为亏损9.13万亿韩元。

　　营业利润也从2023年的亏损7.73万亿韩元转为盈利23.46万亿韩元，创历史新高。此前的最高纪录是半导体超级繁荣时期的2018年创下的20.8万亿韩元。

　　年度营收为66.19万亿韩元，同比增加了102%，超过了2022年创下的44万亿韩元的最高纪录。
