金吾财讯 | 保险股盘初走强，截至发稿，新华保险(01336)涨3.40%，中国人寿(02628)涨3.36%，中国太保(02601)涨3.13%，阳光保险(06963)涨2.59%，中国平安(02318)涨2.26%。消息面上，证监会主席吴清1月23日在国新办发布会上表示，《关于推动中长期资金入市工作的实施方案》明确未来三年公募基金持有A股流通市值每年至少增长10%。对于商业保险资金，力争大型国有保险公司从2025年起每年新增保费的30%用于投资A股。此外，目前，商业保险资金、企业年金基金等存在不同程度的短期考核问题，导致短期市场波动对业绩考核影响很大，股票投资趋于短期化，难以发挥长钱作用。其中，商业保险资金以一年短周期考核为主，“长钱短投”的特征较为突出。市场各方对建立三年以上长周期考核机制共识和诉求较多。《实施方案》明确提出，对国有商业保险公司经营绩效全面实行三年以上的长周期考核，净资产收益率当年度考核权重不高于30%，三年到五年周期指标权重不低于60%。
