Millennium & Copthorne Hotels New Zealand (NZE:MCK) appointed Cameron Partners and Bell Gully to assist it in responding to the takeover notice from CDL Hotels Holdings New Zealand, according to a Thursday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
The company also appointed Northington Partners to prepare an independent adviser report, the filing said.
Millennium & Copthorne asked shareholders not to take any action in line with the offer until a target statement is in.
The company's shares were up almost 1% in recent Thursday trade.
