【香港中小企整体营商信心转趋保守】金十数据1月23日讯，香港生产力局23日公布2025年第一季度“渣打香港中小企领先营商指数”，显示一季度香港综合营商指数较上季度下跌2.9至42.8，回落至2024年第三季度水平，反映在环球经济前景不明朗下，本地中小企的整体营商信心转趋保守。渣打香港大中华区高级经济师刘健恒表示，2025年第一季度“渣打香港中小企领先营商指数”几乎回吐去年第四季度的升幅，反映中小企业的营商信心仍然谨慎。他指出，特朗普上任后美国关税政策带来的不确定性，以及市场预期美联储减息规模缩减，指数有所回落并不令人感到意外。他预计，下季度指数增长温和，与其对香港全年经济增长由去年估计的增长2.6%降至增长2.2%的预测吻合。
