Semesta Investama Indonesia持有的标的公司38.73%股权，1750万美元增资到标的公司。本次交易不构成关联交易，也不构成重大资产重组。交易完成后，贝通信国际将合计持有标的公司55%股权。标的公司主要业务为通信基础设施建设、电力及新能源基础设施建设、信息技术服务等。本次交易尚需完成商务部门、发改部门的登记备案工作，并履行必要的外汇管理部门审批流程。同时，本次交易需在协议约定的交割先决条件全部满足后方可达成，存在一定的不确定性。
