袁俊民先生因工作安排变动，已辞任公司财务总监职务，杨文先生获委任为公司财务总监，自2025年1 月23日起生效。
杨文先生因工作安排变动，已辞任公司首席投资官职务，谭澧先生已获委任接替杨文先生担任公司首席投资官，自2025年1月23日起生效。
何迪先生已因个人原因而辞任公司联席公司秘书，公司执行董事兼首席执行官汪辉武先生已获委任接替李涛先生担任授权代表，自2025年1月23日起生效。
