AZZ (AZZ) said Thursday that Kurt Russell was named chief strategic officer of the company.
Jeff Vellines will succeed Russell as chief operating officer of the company's precoat metals business segment, effective March 1, according to the provider of coil coating products.
Shares of AZZ were down 1.2% in recent trading.
