海螺环保与海螺水泥签署2025年框架协议
财中社1月23日电 海螺环保（00587）发布公告，宣布与海螺水泥（代表海螺水泥集团）达成2025年续订框架协议，内容包括本集团向海螺水泥集团提供替代燃料投加服务及产品。该协议将自2025年1月1日起生效，持续至2027年12月31日，需待独立股东于股东特别大会上批准后方可正式实施。公告中提到，过去两年及未来三年的交易金额预计将大幅增加，其中2025年、2026年及2027年各年度的建议年度上限分别为1.89亿元、2.59亿元和2.82亿元。
此次协议的年度上限较2023年的1574万元和2024年的6024万元有显著增长，主要原因是海螺水泥集团对替代燃料产品的需求预期增加，计划在2030年前将替代燃料的使用比例提升至15%。此外，海螺水泥集团已成功投运多个替代燃料投加通道服务项目，预期未来将有更多项目投入运营。公告还提到，海螺环保将继续加强与海螺水泥的合作，以支持绿色低碳发展目标，并提升公司的盈利能力和市场份额。
