新地(00016.HK) 旗下天水围天荣站“YOHO WEST”第二期正式命名为“PARKSIDE”。新地代理总经理胡致远表示，“YOHO WEST PARKSIDE”提供一幢共525伙，预计短期内取得预售楼花同意书，较大机会于2月推售。另外，项目价格会参考第一期。
新地副董事总经理雷霆指，“YOHO WEST”第一期累计售出近1,200个单位，套现约65亿元。
对于新地第一季的售楼计划，雷霆预计首季将推出近2,000伙，当中，“YOHO WEST PARKSIDE”将会“打头阵”，集团亦会推出启德“天玺-天”第二期及西贡西沙项目第1A期。
