英诺赛科行使超额配股权 预计净得4950万元
财中社1月23日电英诺赛科（02577）发布公告，公司于2025年1月22日部分行使超额配股权，涉及166万股H股，约占超额配股权获任何行使前根据全球发售初步可供认购的发售股份总数的3.67%。此次超额配发股份的配发价为每股H股30.86港元，不包括相关费用。此举旨在满足基石投资者对部分发售股份的延迟交付需求。
公告还提到，全球发售的稳定价格期间已于2025年1月22日结束。根据中国国际金融香港证券有限公司的操作，在稳定价格期间，公司在市场上以每股H股30.55港元至30.85港元的价格购入75万股H股，相当于超额配股权获行使前全球发售初步可供认购的发售股份总数的约1.65%。此期间的最后一次购买价格为每股H股30.7港元。超额配股权未行使部分已于同日失效。
根据公告，公司预计因部分行使超额配股权而获得的额外所得款项净额约为4950万元，计划将其用于招股章程中列明的用途。此外，公告确认公司在公募持股量方面仍符合上市规则的要求。
