Ares Management (ARES) funds have acquired a majority of Form Technologies' common equity, the latter said late Tuesday.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
In connection with the deal, Form Technologies received about $304 million in new equity capital, comprising $154 million of common equity from various investors as well as $150 million of preferred equity to support deleveraging and strategic growth initiatives, the company said.
