Ferrari (RACE) said Monday it has repurchased 163,363 shares for 68.3 million euros ($70.7 million) and 25,020 shares for about $11 million as part of a 150 million euro share buyback initiative announced Dec. 5.
The repurchase is the sixth tranche of a 2 billion euro buyback program announced in 2022 and expected to conclude in 2026, the Italian sports carmaker said.
Since the start of the program, the company has repurchased about 4.1 million shares for about 1.25 billion euros.
